Concrete and masonry projects require precise calculations. Under-ordering concrete means a cold joint in your slab — a structural weakness that's impossible to fix. Always add 10% extra to your calculated volume.
For projects over 1 cubic yard, consider ready-mix delivery instead of mixing bags. It's faster, more consistent, and often cheaper per cubic yard. Most suppliers have a 1-yard minimum order.
